  • We work together to work on your mindset around nutrition & work on your relationship with food
  • Fortnightly check ins

Personalised Training Programs

This option is for those looking to take their training to the next level. For those who are sick of doing saved Instagram workouts or going to the gym winging it.. We are going to make you training fun again!!

Your program is written specifically for you, your goals, and the equipment available to you. We look at your current lifestyle and commitments to create a training program that is 1) enjoyable but 2) realistic to you!

  • Monthly check ins for adjustments & review of current training program
  • Free training guide on how to get the most out of your training.
  • Full App Access to the KMC Fitness App where you conveniently track your progress in and out of the gym. The app connects to most fitness watches, MFP and comes with an inbuilt habit tracker.
