Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, get strong, or live a healthier, happier lifestyle, we work together to create an approach that you enjoy, and most importantly is sustainable for you!

 

Personalised Training Programs

This option focuses on you & your goals.

Your program is written specifically to your gym or equipment you have available (home options available) it is completely  personalised to you and most importantly realistic.

The aim is to make your training as enjoyable as possible and most importantly sustainable for you! 

You will also get full app access to the KMC fitness app, where you can track your progress, and free access to hundreds of meal Inspo & recipes!

All exercises in your program come with video demonstrations and cues. This option is suited for people with all fitness levels and experience!

Training Programs

Browse our pre made training programs. Whether you are a beginner or you have been lifting for years, there is training program suited to you!

 

All programs range from 3-4 training days per week and are 8-12 weeks in total.

Full app access to the KMC fitness app is included, where you can easily track your progress, in and out of the gym.

How do I know which package is right for me?

What nutrition services do you offer?

At KMC we focus on building your relationship with your nutrition! We can set habit based protocols, track calories, portion guides, intuitive eating.. it comes down to the individual client, their goals, their past experiences and background info. No one approach is 'right' it depends on the client. This personalised approach has helped me as your coach help hundreds of men and women achieve their goals and actually maintain them for the long run! You will not find any fad diets or quick fixes here.

What qualifications does Kayleigh hold?

My qualifications:

- Personal trainer (cert 4)

- Pre and post natal qualified 

- Accredited Sports Nutritionist 

- NLP (Neuro linguistic programming) 

- REBT (rational emotive behavioural therapy)

I have also completed multiple upskill courses such as Training the female athlete with Hattie Boydle & Sebastian Oreb (Aus strength coach) and nutrition specific courses through Australian Clean Health Institutes. 

 

What are the app features?

Each program and package includes full access to the KMC Fitness App. The app offers a convenient all-in-one platform for your fitness needs. Your training program is uploaded to the app and each exercise is accompanied by video demonstrations and cues to help you in the gym.

It also connects with MyFitnessPal to transfer your calorie data, if you're tracking, to your dashboard, allowing you to monitor your progress toward your daily targets. Other features of the app include the ability to connect with most activity watches, such as Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple Watch, to track your activity, steps, and sleep.

The app also includes an in-built habit and goal tracker and a monthly calendar where you can schedule your workouts, meetings, check-ins, commitments, and other activities.

Additionally, you can use the in-app messenger to send messages, voice messages, and videos of your form to Kayleigh, who can review and provide feedback.

Kayleigh is an Online Health and Fitness Coach who is extremely passionate about educating her clients around their health, nutrition, training & lifestyle.

When she first set out on her own health and fitness journey - she made every mistake under the sun.

From restrictive diets, trying every fad diet she came across, to spending hours searching for the best 'fat burning workouts', drinking weight-loss shakes and detox teas, she tried it all!

After multiple failed attempts at a healthier lifestyle, and a good 5 years later she found her way.

It was at this time she realised that she didn't want anyone feeling the way she did, and that is where KM Coaching was created..

to help others just like her who had tried everything, who felt lost and didn't know where to start, and disheartened when they didn't see results after all their hard work & effort.

KMC was created to help people live a life that feels amazing, to increase their energy, achieve their goals and show themselves what they are capable of. 

There is no restrictive diets here at KMC, Kayleigh is all about helping her clients create balance in their life.

This means not food is 'off limits', she spends time to create a unique approach for each client in a way that is enjoyable & most importantly sustainable for them.
